Account details you provide (name, email, phone), venue and wallet connection metadata, trading and audit logs, device and network information, and support correspondence. We do not collect the private keys of any connected wallet.

2. How we use information

To provide the platform, execute and record orders, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data with connected trading venues, payment processors, infrastructure providers and regulators where required. Every processor is bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Retention

Trading records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulation. Account data is retained for the life of the account and a reasonable period thereafter.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Some records must be retained to satisfy regulatory obligations.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, hardware-backed secrets, least-privilege access controls and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure — please protect your credentials.
