Welcome to Vizion Trader, a trading terminal owned and operated by VizionMinds Ltd ("VizionMinds", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vizion Trader complies with all applicable laws, including local securities and tax regulations.

2. Account & security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys and any devices used to access the platform. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are compromised or engaged in prohibited activity.

3. Market data & execution

Market data, indicators and analytics are provided for informational purposes and may contain delays or inaccuracies. Order execution depends on connected venues and third-party rails and is not guaranteed. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice.

4. Fees

Applicable subscription, execution and copy-trading fees are shown at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Vizion Trader for market manipulation, wash trading, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates the rules of a connected venue or applicable law.

6. Liability

Trading is inherently risky and losses can exceed deposits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizionMinds is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
